Damaged
items:
UPS
or Fedex loss or damage: We will trace delayed parcels. If parcel is lost,
we will ship a replacement. For damages, retain the shipping cartons and
damaged goods. Contact UPS or Fedex for inspection. This procedure must be
followed for goods to be replaced or credited. You may also call us at

Returns:
· To
assure proper credit, no returns will be accepted without a return
authorization (RMA) number. All returns must be shipped freight prepaid;
collect shipments will be refused.
· If
you need to return an item, please call our customer service department
during office hours (9am – 5pm EST) at: 508-230-5985 for instructions.
· All
returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
· Shipping
charges are non-refundable.
· Returns
will be accepted within 30 days of receipt of merchandise and in its
original packaging ONLY unused.
